Welcome to Safenet Schools Kenya. By accessing or using safenetschools.co.ke (the "Site") or purchasing our products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Safenet Schools Kenya is an AI literacy and online safety provider based in Nairobi, Kenya. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Safenet Schools Kenya.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase or submit personal information through the Site.

3. Services and packages

We offer training programs and digital resources for schools and parents. Specific deliverables, durations, and pricing for each package are described on the relevant page or in your written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and payment

• Digital products listed in our shop are payable via M-Pesa Paybill 542542, Account 622424, unless another method is agreed.
• Orders are confirmed only after we verify the M-Pesa transaction code you submit.
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated.
• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct so we can deliver your purchase.

5. Refunds

Because most of our products are digital and delivered immediately upon confirmation, all sales are final. We will issue a refund only if:

• You were charged but did not receive the product within 7 days, and we cannot resolve delivery; or
• The product is materially defective and we cannot replace it.

To request a refund, email info@safenetschools.co.ke within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and M-Pesa code.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Kenyan law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Resell, sublicense, or share our digital products without written permission.
• Submit false information, fraudulent payment codes, or impersonate others.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and digital downloads — is owned by Safenet Schools Kenya or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use purchased materials for personal, family, or single-school use only, and may not redistribute them.

8. Third-party links and vendors

We link to third-party sites (for example, Joocomputers.co.ke as a recommended local supplier of devices). We are not responsible for the content, products, pricing, or practices of third parties. Any transaction with them is solely between you and that third party.

9. Disclaimers

Our content and training are provided for educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee specific outcomes. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Safenet Schools Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
